“I found deep Somatics through a family friend who lives in Arizona. I currently live in Hawaii, but my friend, who has used their services multiple times, pleaded with me to try them. I'm not into yoga, breathwork, or anything else, but I decided to set up a virtual appointment. WOW!! From the moment I joined the appointment, Ryan appeared professional, eager, knowledgeable, and excited to guide me through this experience. "I've been doing breathwork with Deep Somatics for a few months through their live videos, and it's really amazed me how much it's improved my daily life. “I had never done breathwork before, and doing it with Deep Somatics was a profound experience. It was a group event, and I didn’t know anyone else there. I was hesitant at first, but the team walked us through what it was going to be like. It was great to actually learn about the science behind polyvagal theory and breathwork, and the team was very knowledgeable and able to answer everybody’s questions. I felt comfortable entering this space, led by people who really know what they’re doing and are passionate about it. By the end of the session, I felt community with a group of strangers.
